Redding Connecticut
Nestled in the hills of
Northern Fairfield County, Redding, Connecticut is frequently
mentioned as one of the state’s best small towns. While Redding’s
reputation as a great place to live is certainly due in part to one
of the best school districts in Connecticut, scenic nature preserves
such as Topstone and Huntington Parks, links to famous Connecticut
residents such as Mark Twain, colorful gathering places such as the
Georgetown Saloon and the Redding Roadhouse and the character of
rural Connecticut still glimpsed on its scenic byways and at places
like New Pond Farm.
